Consider and take action on a resolution approving the dates for conducting regular meetings during the month of March 2019 due to the Clear Creek Independent School District Spring Break schedule (City Secretary)
Background:
Chapter 2, Article II, Section 2-31(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of League City establishes regular meetings of the City Council to be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the months of January through October beginning at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. However, City Council may change, by resolution, the regular meeting dates and times in the month in which the Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) Spring Break occurs.
A resolution is required to establish revised dates for the month of March 2019. The following are Council meetings already scheduled from March 1, 2019 through March 31, 2019.
