Recognition of League City Parks and Recreation staff for receiving TRAPS State Award for Administrative/Management Excellence (City Manager)

Background:
The Texas Recreation & Park Society (TRAPS) Annual Institute and Expo was held on February 21, 2019. During the awards ceremony, League City Parks and Recreation staff were awarded the TRAPS Administration/Management Excellence Award in recognition of Hurricane Harvey Assist & Recovery Efforts.

In September 2018, Hometown Heroes Park was used for a 1-year anniversary to recognize the joint efforts of city staff and the community for their service in helping impacted citizens rebuild their lives.

The City of League City is proud to congratulate Parks and Recreation staff on receiving the TRAPS Administration/Manag...
