Consider and take action on a resolution approving appointments to the Galveston County United Board of Health (Mayor Hallisey)
Background:
In accordance with the Health District Interlocal Agreement executed December 2002, members of the Galveston County United Board of Health are nominated by the Galveston County Commissiouers' Court and confirmed by the member governments of the Health District.
On April 8, 2019, the Galveston County Commissioners' Court nominated the following members for appointment to the United Board of Health:
Terms to expire April 30, 2021
Holly Lilley Food Service (re-appointment)
Della Grusendorf Brown Registered Nurse (re-appointment)
Eric Froeschner Citizen at Large (re-appointment)
John Hackbarth, DDS Dentist (re-appointment)
Dr. Annette Jenkins Citizen at Large (new appointment
