Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC for the design and construction phase services related to Waterford Lift Station 1 & 2 project (WW1901B) in an amount not to exceed $78,950 (Director of Budget and Project Management)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize funding for the professional services agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC design and construction phase services related to Waterford Lift Station 1 & 2 Rehab Project (WW1901B). This project provides maintenance and updates to the list stations as part of the City’s Annual Lift Station Rehab Project. Both lift stations were constructed in the mid-eighties and require wet well rehab, pump, piping and panel replacement. Construction cost are estimated at $650,000.
