Background:
Should this ordinance be approved, it will amend the Subdivision Ordinance.

March 12, 2019 - David Hoover, Director of Planning and Development, gave a presentation to City Council about upcoming ordinance amendments in a workshop.
June 25, 2019 - David Hoover, Director of Planning and Development, gave a second presentation to City Council concerning ordinance amendments in a workshop.
August 27, 2019 - City Council held a public hearing and postponed the item to the September 24, 2019 meeting.
September 24, 2019 - City Council is scheduled to take action on the item.
Project Summary:
The proposed ordinance amendments will require the creation of associations that will establish covenants and restrictions over both residential and commercial subdivisions when there is common land or common property. Residential and commercial subdivisions will also be required to establish covenants and restrictions at time of plat.
