Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC for the design and construction phase services related to the Annual Sanitary Sewer Rehab project (WW1801E) in an amount not to exceed $133,900 (Director of Budget and Project Management)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize funding for the professional services agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC design and construction phase services related to the Annual Sanitary Sewer Rehab Project (WW1801E).
This project is part of a systematic evaluation and rehab of sanitary sewer lines throughout the City. The scope of this project consists of providing engineering design and construction administration services associated with the rehabilitation of approximately 14,500 linear feet of 6-inch thru 18-inch sanitary sewers in Ellis Landing Subdivision, Newport Subdivision, and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines identified from the 2017 Wastewater System Evaluation Report performed by the City in lift station basins LC-09, LC-19, and LC-22. The project also includes rehabilitation of manholes identified in the 2017 Wastewater System Evaluation Report that need rehabilitation. This project also includes repair to two manholes with infiltration along Butler Rd.
