Consider and take action on a resolution to abandon and convey a 0.0808 acre portion of a utility easement (Director of Budget & Project Management)
Background:
If approved, 0.0808 acre utility easement will be abandoned and conveyed to the underlying property owner, League City River Market Center Ltd., a Texas limited partnership in accordance with the terms established by the negotiated Possession and Use Agreement (“Agreement”) approved under Agenda Item 15C, of the January 23, 2018 Council meeting. This abandonment was included in the purchase negotiations for the 1/23/18 agenda item and this item closes the loop on the paperwork.
