Consider and take action to appoint and confirm members to the Project Cost Subcommittee of the City Council (Mayor Hallisey)
Background
At their February 11, 2020 meeting City Council approved Resolution No. 2020-28 forming a Project Cost Subcommittee of the City Council to review project costs and establish a better understanding of how the City obtains bids and selects vendors. The subcommittee will work with staff and vendors (as appropriate) to study a few recent projects to identify what factors impact the end price to the city.
The committee will sunset after 12 months.
