Consider and take action to extend the allowance for attendance by videoconference to a member of the city council (Mayor Hallisey)
Background:
Approval of this item will extend the allowance for Mayor Pro Tem Kinsey to continue attendance by videoconference at regular council meetings as needed due to current health issues.
Resolution 2017-38 allows a member of Council to participate by videoconference call for no more than two consecutive regular meetings of the Council.
