Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a canal crossing agreement with the Gulf Coast Water Authority ("GCWA") allowing a water line to cross the GCWA right of way (Director of Engineering)
Background:
This Crossing is tied to the Maple Leaf Extension as part of the Westland Ranch Subdivision. The development of the Westland Ranch Subdivision requires the developer to extend Maple Leaf Drive south from its current end point. This extension will cross GCWA property with a concrete pavement road, a 24” PVC water main, and 3 - 42” diameter storm sewer mains.
The Developer will pay the $3,500 costs associated with this Agreement to GCWA.
