On June 19, 2020, at approximately 12:18 p.m., Justin Thomas performed CPR on a female victim who went into cardiac arrest while shopping with her granddaughter at Kroger. Mr. Thomas’ lifesaving measures helped to save the victim's life until EMS arrived and took over care.
