Consider and take action on a resolution appointing officers who are authorized to sign on behalf of the City in banking and other monetary transactions (Director of Finance)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will update the titles of officers who are authorized signers to reflect recent changes in position titles.
The current authorized signers for the City's banking and other monetary transactions are Mayor, City Manager, Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, and Treasury Manager.
Staff requests that the authorized signers be updated to reflect the titles of the current staff responsible for these activities by replacing the Assistant Director of Finance with the Controller and replacing the Treasury Manager with the Assistant Controller.
