Consider and take action on an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2021-09, an ordinance creating the Keep League City Beautiful Committee, by expanding the committee to nine (9) members (Mayor Hallisey)
Staff requests approval on first and final reading.
Background:
Ordinance No. 2021-09, adopted by City Council on March 9, dissolved the League City Clean and Green Committee and created the Keep League City Beautiful Committee. An initial eight (8) members were appointed to the committee. The ordinance will be amended by expanding the committee to nine (9) members.
Mayor Hallisey has made the following nomination for appointment to the committee: Jackie Liddell
