Consider and take action on a resolution rejecting all proposals received for RFP #24-008 Roof Replacement Project (Executive Director of Information Technology and Facilities/Director of Finance)
Background:
Approval of this item will reject the proposals received on February 14, 2024 for RFP #24-008. Staff would like to re-bid the services including clarified instructions for bidding. Based on the number of questions received and the fact that some bidders did not include all of the required information, staff felt it was in the best interest of the City to re-issue the bid with clarification of those items.
