Consider and take action on appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment (Mayor Randall)
Mayor recommends Elaine Kosty, Alternate No. 2, for Position No. 1 Term expires December 31, 2010 and Richard Stephenson, Alternate No. 1, for Position No. 5 Term expires December 31, 2010.
Background:
Position 1 (Term expires December 31, 2010) became vacant with the resignation of Mr. G. Wesley Wray on July 21, 2010. Position No. 5 (Term expires December 31, 2010) became vacant with the resignation of Mr. Ian Evans on September 14, 2010 effective October 8, 2010.
Alternate No. 1, Richard Stephenson, Term expires December 31, 2011, was appointed to the Board June 22, 2010.
Alternate No. 2, Elaine Kosty, Term expires December 31, 2010, was appointed to the Board December 8, 2009.
NOTE: We have received no applications in 2010. All the applicants in 2009 were appointed to the Board with the exception of Hobie Sibley who was on the Board and resigned in December 2009.
