Consider and take action on a resolution amending Resolution No. 2010-26 regarding the placement of matters on agendas for City Council regular meetings, special meetings, workshops or other called meetings (Mayor Randall)
Background:
Council earlier this year approved Resolution 2010-26, which changed the rules regarding who can place items on the agenda. However, Council declined to make changes with regard to postings by elected officials. This item revives that question by proposing that an agenda item proposed by a Council Member will require the sponsorship of that Council Member and at least one other Council Member (Mayor Randall)
