Consider and take action on the appointment of a representative and alternate to the Dickinson Bayou Watershed Steering Committee (Mayor Long)
Background:
Approval of this item will appoint Council Member Chad Tressler as representative, and David Johnson as alternate for a term to expire 12/31/2025.
The City is allowed two seats - a representative and a designated alternate - on the Dickinson Bayou Watershed Steering Committee, an initiative in which the City has participated since 1994 via an interlocal agreement.
Council Member Chad Tressler serves as Representative, and resident David Johnson currently serves as Alternate with terms expiring 12/31/2023.
