Consider and take action on a resolution appointing Scott Higginbotham to replace Justin Hicks on the League City Local Government Corporation (City Attorney)
Background:
Approval of this agenda item will appoint Scott Higginbotham to the League City Local Government Corporation for a three (3) year term ending on May 30, 2028.
On June 10, 2025, the Board of Directors for the League City Local Government Corporation voted to nominate Scott Higginbotham to replace Justin Hicks on the Board of Directors.
Per Article 2 of the Bylaws, the City Council is responsible for appointing subsequent Directors to the Board.
