Title:

Background:

Approval of this item will authorize the City Manager to execute the first optional renewals of pre-positioned debris management services agreements contracts with Crowder Gulf, LLC, Ceres Environmental Services, Inc., DRC Emergency Services, LLC, and TFR Enterprises, Inc as well as authorizing the approval of the second optional renewals at the appropriate time.

 

The original agreements were for three years with two optional one-year renewals.  The original agreements expire on August 23, 2025.

 

These are contingent agreements to be utilized in the event of an emergency or disaster. In order to qualify for reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), these agreements were procured following all federal purchasing requirements found in 2 CFR 200.
