Consider and take action on a resolution rejecting all proposals received for RFP #25-018 Emergency Generators (Director of Finance / Executive Director of IT, Facilities, & The Ballpark)
Background:
Approval of this item will formally reject all proposals received on May 1, 2025, in response to RFP #25-018. Following a thorough evaluation of the submissions, staff determined that the proposals did not adequately satisfy the City’s requirements. The specifications are being refined to better align with the operational needs of the City and to ensure full compliance with Federal Procurement Guidelines.
