Consider and take action on final acceptance of municipal infrastructure for Magnolia Creek Subdivision, Section 12, Phase 2 (Deputy City Manager)
Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer and drainage, and paving and appurtenances to serve Magnolia Creek Subdivision, Section 12, Phase 2.

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
Magnolia Creek Subdivision, Section 12, Phase 2 will be internally served by underground electrical service. All services to homes and street lights will be underground. The developer has submitted documentation that payment has been made to TNMP for installation of electrical service to the subdivision.
