Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize a waterline easement agreement with CC Magnolia Creek, LLC associated with a City water line serving Magnolia Creek, Section 11, Phase 2.
The public infrastructure for Magnolia Creek, Section 11, Phase 2 was accepted into the City’s system by City Council under Agenda Item 11N on November 10, 2015. Two small sections of the public water line were constructed outside the limits of the boundaries of the platted subdivision. The City’s acceptance of this easement agreement will provide the necessary easement rights for the City’s water lines located on and across private property, adjacent to, but outside of nearby road rights-of-way.
