Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Burditt Consultants, LLC. for the design of three (3) Kayak Launches for the Clear Creek Connections Paddle Trail (PK2002) in an amount not to exceed $439,340 (Director of Budget & Project Management)
